Chloe Ross, Juris Doctor, began her career with the O'Brien Monagan Law Firm in June 2022 as the second recipient of the Firm's Family Law Fellowship.
Ms. Ross graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University at Albany, State University of New York, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in English and History and a minor in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. During her time at the University, Ms. Ross completed two departmental honors programs, received the school's Presidential Award for Undergraduate Research, and received the school's Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Award.
Ms. Ross received her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School with a concentration in Family Law with Honors in 2023. While attending Albany Law School, she participated in the Family Violence Litigation Clinic and the Advanced Family Violence Litigation Clinic, where she represented adult survivors of intimate violence in the Capital Region. During her time with the clinic, she also partnered with Albany Medical College to present "Intimate Partner Violence: The Role of the Physician" at Albany Medical Center Community Grand Rounds in 2022 and "Maternal Fetal Complications and Intimate Partner Violence" in 2023.
