Joanne Monagan is among the most widely respected and experienced matrimonial attorneys in the Capital Region. She has more than 30 years' experience representing adults and children in all aspects of family law and divorce. She also brings a unique perspective to her practice by having spent a decade as Principal Court Attorney working in Family Court and in the New York State Supreme Court systems in Saratoga, Albany, Rensselaer, Washington, and surrounding counties. These experiences have provided her a with a deep understanding of the complex matrimonial laws, rules, systems, procedures, and personnel from both the court's perspective and from the perspectives of hundreds of clients that she has represented.
